2. Meet 

Ye baat to sabhi jaante hain hai ki meet me kitna protein paya jata hai, Lekin kia aap ye jaante hain ki Ye protein aapki bajan badhane me kitna helpful hai. bahot jyada jitna ho sake jyada se jyada Meet khayen, Aur khaskar chicken me to bahot hi paya jata hai isliye jyada se jyada protein le.

6. Pasta

7. Baadam

Baadam khane se hamari body poori tarah Sucharu roop se kaam karne lgti hai, Tantrika ke vikash ke liye  baadam kaafi fayedemand hai, Isliye 4-6 baadam daily khayen.

8. kajoo 

Kaajo me paye jaane baala Oil Hamara bajan nashane ke liye bahot jruri hai,   Isliye 8-10 kaajo daily khayen.

9. Daliya 

Daily Ek glass Daliya peene se hamari body me postic tatv ki kami door hoti hai,  isme Fyver adhik matra me paya jata hai, Isliye daily ho sake to ek Glass daliya piyen.

10. Dood ( Milk ) Me Keele 

Dood me Kele khane se bhi hamara bajan kaafi speed se badta hai. Isliye ho sake to daily Morning me Ek Glass Dood me 2 Kele ko milakar jarur khayen.

Bajan badhate baqt Neend ki kami na hone de, Agar aapki  neend me koi kami rahti hai to aapki body me thakan hogi joki bajan badhane ke liye theek nahi hai, Isliye Din me 10-12 ghante ki neend karen.

3. Smoking Se bache

Bahot saare log smoking me karne lgte hai. Joki Bilkul bhi Theek nahi hai bajan bhadane ke liye. Sarab, Beedi , Sikret , Tambaku, Se bilkul door rahe.

4. Jung Food Ka Sevan Na Karen

Bahot saare log kaafi pareshan hokar Medicine lene lgta hai bajan badhane ke liye.  Medicine lene se aapka bajan to bad jayega lekin medicine chhor tehi aap fir pahle jaise ho jaoge aur medicine lene se side effect ka khatra rahta hai.
